About the Whisky
Our selection process remained simple from the start. We focused exclusively on Amber Lane’s premium first-fill bourbon barrels. Rod and Phil generously opened their entire cask program to us. After careful consideration, we selected a powerful Heaven Hill first-fill bourbon barrel. However, we also believed the whisky deserved a few more months of maturation to reach its full potential.
That decision proved invaluable. The whisky didn’t simply sing; it bellowed out a rich and soothing Gregorian chant
Pure Australian Craftsmanship
We bottled this Amber Lane masterpiece straight from the cask at 61% ABV. We left it non-chill-filtered with no added colouring, using a simple sieve to catch any sediment from entering the bottle. This represents whisky in its most natural form – pure and distinctly Australian.
