The charity provides support and basic human needs to the marginalised and disenfranchised members of society.

“I founded WILL2LIVE at the start of 2012. I wanted to help people I could see who needed help. I started making sandwiches at home and began walking the streets of Sydney CBD in search of people sleeping rough. Over time, with support and commitment, donated vans helped us reach more people. It was just me initially, but now volunteers and organisations have jumped on board and are helping us make a difference. They’re greatly appreciated”.

ABOUT OTTER CRAFT DISTILLING 2019 VINTAGE

It’s not often you find an Australian whisky matured in a single wheated bourbon cask, actually this might just be the first release of its kind on our fine shores. The liquid is an absolute mind blower, big, really big – Chewy, complex and bottled straight from the cask with zero chill filtration or added colour.

For this expression, we used a simple quarter inch steel sieve that you can hold in the palm of your hand when bottling to catch any pieces of wood or char from entering the bottle and that is it! Raw, bold and full of flavour, the whisky weighs in at 68.25% ABV. A whisky for the real savant!
